My Approach

My approach to healing is gentle, intuitive, and grounded in presence. Through Reiki, I create a calm, supportive space where your energy can soften, rebalance, and return to its natural flow.

Each session is guided by your unique needs in the moment, allowing space for release, clarity, and inner alignment. Nothing is forced — the work unfolds naturally, in its own time.

This is not about fixing or changing you, but supporting a quiet return to your authentic self, where balance, peace, and inner knowing already exist.

  • Reiki may support you if you’re feeling:

    • Emotionally overwhelmed or mentally heavy

    • Energetically drained or disconnected

    • Stuck, tense, or unable to fully rest

    • Called to reconnect with yourself on a deeper level

  • Each session is held in a calm, supportive space where you’re invited to simply rest and receive. Reiki is gentle and intuitive, guided by your energy and intention in the moment.

    You may leave feeling relaxed, lighter, or more grounded, with subtle shifts continuing to unfold after your session. There’s no right or wrong experience — only what your body and energy are ready for.

  • You don’t need to prepare or do anything special before your session. Simply arrive as you are — comfortable, open, curious, or unsure. Staying gently hydrated before and after your session can be supportive, but there’s no pressure or expectation. Each session unfolds intuitively, guided by what your energy is ready for in the moment. You’ll be held in a calm, respectful space where everything moves at a pace that feels safe and natural for you.
